My journey within the Greenshaw Learning Trust has been both rewarding and inspiring, and being part of GLT truly feels like being part of an incredible family. I began my educational career at Gloucester Academy and soon after GA joined the Trust, I progressed to Assistant Headteacher. This opened the door to wider opportunities, including working across the Trust as a School Improvement Leader whereby I was involved with the rigorous transformation of multiple schools. I then spent three fantastic years as a Deputy Headteacher at Blaise High School and my current role as a senior leader within GLT has enabled me to continue to grow and develop through meaningful collaboration with leaders across the Trust. I embrace our GLT mantra of always learning and I am immensely proud to be part of such a dedicated and ambitious organisation. Together, we strive to give our young people the very best education by empowering them to climb their own personal mountains, develop their character and achieve success in the universities or careers they aspire to. I genuinely love what I do—and as the saying goes, 'if you love your job, you’ll never work a day in your life!'.
