The Greenshaw Learning Trust is building a ‘family’ of like-minded schools, that collaborate to provide mutual support, share their good practice and learn from each other, whilst retaining and developing their own distinctive character. 

We are ambitious for our schools and their students. We believe that there is no ceiling on what can be achieved by anyone, regardless of their circumstances or background.

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, giving every young person the opportunity to fulfil their potential now, and in the future.

  • Brakenhale teacher wins right to stay

    A high profile campaign by Brakenhale School has won a valued history teacher, Ms Loj, her right to stay in the UK and continue teaching at the school. 

  • Separation of Yate Academy Primary and Secondary Phases from September 2018

    From September 2018, Yate Secondary Academy and Woodlands Primary School will be operating as two individual schools, each with their own headteacher.

  • Inter-school Athletics Championship

    The first ever Greenshaw Learning Trust inter-school athletics championship was held on 7 June at the Prince of Wales stadium in Cheltenham.
