I joined GLT as a Headteacher following the integration of my previous Trust into the organisation. From the outset, the Trust recognised my experience and provided opportunities to contribute to wider leadership development. Through a structured mentorship programme, I was able to support and mentor fellow headteachers while continuing to strengthen my own practice. This investment in professional growth led to my appointment at a larger school with a specialist base, where I remain committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality education and contributing to the collaborative ethos across the Trust.
