Julita Kaczmarek

Julita joined us in 2024 as a Teaching Assistant and has shown exceptional dedication to supporting learners with diverse needs.
I currently work as a Teaching Assistant, and my role allows me to work closely with the SENCO to support students with diverse learning needs. I am particularly proud of a recent experience with a student who has dyslexia.
Recognising that this student needed extra guidance, I decided to dedicate my own break times to provide one-on-one support. This allowed us to focus on tailored strategies that suited their specific learning style. The results have been incredibly rewarding—the student has made significant academic progress and gained a tremendous amount of confidence.
Today, this student is a completely different person. He is more active in class, no longer afraid of making mistakes, and approaches learning with a smile. Seeing his newfound belief in his own abilities is the greatest reward for my work and confirms how much of a difference we can make within the Trust.
