Greenshaw Learning Trust Celebrates Strong GCSE Results in 2025

The Greenshaw Learning Trust is proud to celebrate another year of excellent GCSE outcomes across its family of schools this summer.

These outcomes reflect the exceptional efforts of students, supported by the dedicated teaching staff and the Trust’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality education with high expectations for all. This year’s results demonstrate continued improvements in attainment across key measures, underscoring the hard work and ambition of students and staff alike.

Notably, Attainment 8 scores rose across the Trust, alongside an increase in the number of students achieving grades 4 and 5 in both English and Maths compared to 2024. These improvements reflect the impact of the Trust’s strategic focus on raising standards, the quality of teaching, and targeted support for learners.

Izzy Ambrose, Director of Secondary Education at Greenshaw Learning Trust, expressed her pride in this year’s achievements:

We are incredibly proud of our students and everything they have accomplished. Their resilience, determination, and the unwavering support from our staff and parents have been truly inspiring. At Greenshaw Learning Trust, we are committed to helping every student succeed, and these results are a clear reflection of that commitment.

These achievements are the result of a collective effort. From teachers and support staff to parents, governors, trustees, and the wider community, everyone has played a role in creating the supportive and ambitious environment in which students can thrive.

As the Trust marks this year’s successes, it remains focused on providing an educational experience that empowers every student to reach their full potential - academically, socially, and personally. The 2025 GCSE results stand as a testament to Greenshaw Learning Trust’s vision of excellence for all.
