Teaching staff
Greenshaw Learning Trust currently comprises of 30 schools: seven in South London, five in Berkshire, one in Surrey, 14 in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire, and three in Plymouth. We are continuing to grow and have further schools joining us on a regular basis.

Support staff and Shared Services
We offer more than just teaching opportunities. Our schools reply on a committed team of support staff and shared services, and we have many opportunities to join the Trust and progress your career in the following areas:
Admissions
The admissions team provides support and guidance on all matters relating to school admissions, school admission appeals and admission arrangements for the normal point of entry (Reception, Year 7 and Year 12), nursery and in-year admissions.
Attendance
The attendance and educational welfare team provides support and guidance on all matters relating to school attendance. We ensure that all GLT schools are adhering to the guidance set out in Section 444 Education Act 1996 (Enforcement of School Attendance), Working Together to Improve School Attendance and Keeping Children Safe in Education.
Catering
GLT catering works with schools to review and develop the catering provision and achieve real improvements in food quality and safety, alongside increasing income and reducing costs.
Estates
The estates team is responsible for supporting schools in their management and development of the estate to provide students and staff with high quality, effective learning environments. Our team ensures the Trust estate portfolio is managed safely, costed effectively, and operates efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
Finance
The finance team provides a comprehensive service covering all aspects of the Trusts financial processes, reporting and financial planning.
Governance
The governance and clerking team provides governance advice and support to the Trust and its schools, and clerking for meetings of the board and its committees, including governing bodies and ad-hoc committees.
Human resources
The HR team provides an advisory service including training and line managing in-school HR leads, plus some elements of transactional HR work and contract management. Together, the team assists with a wide variety of people management issues including on-boarding new schools to the Trust, recruitment and managing the HR and payroll system.
IT
Our dedicated team of regional IT managers, in collaboration with the Head of IT, strives to develop and implement an effective IT strategy for the Trust's schools and support functions. We understand the diverse and multi-site nature of our organisation and aim to streamline operations through the utilisation of cloud-based solutions.

Pupil services
The pupil services team provides support and guidance on all matters relating to the pupil management information system, pupil data, attainment and performance analysis across all key stages, curriculum efficiency and staffing, parent engagement, online payments and reporting to stakeholders.
School improvement
The school improvement team is dedicated to working alongside headteachers to improve their schools, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students, to provide tailored support and guidance using expertise to drive improvement and raise standards in all areas of the school.
