Stuart joined Woodlands Primary School in 2024 as HR Lead and Office Manager and, after beginning his CIPD Level 5 qualification, has since progressed to Assistant HR Partner within the Trust.
My HR career journey began with over 12 years at a well-known fast-food chain, where I developed my expertise as an HR & Payroll Manager. Seeking a new challenge, I transitioned into the education sector in May 2024 by joining Woodlands Primary School as the HR Lead/Office Manager. This first step into education has been incredibly rewarding, and to further cement my knowledge and experience, I began my CIPD Level 5 qualification in January 2025. I am thrilled to have recently been appointed as the Assistant HR Partner for the Trust. Working within GLT has been a fantastic experience, and I am incredibly grateful for the professional growth and opportunities it has opened up for me as I look forward to this exciting next step in my career.
