Paul Farr

I’ve worked in IT within education for many years now, mainly focusing on supporting schools with their day-to-day tech and making sure everything just works when it needs to. More recently, I’ve been IT Manager across two primary schools in the Trust, where I’ve been working on tightening up processes, improving support, and generally making IT a bit less of a headache for all.

I’ve recently taken on a secondment as an IT Operations Engineer within the Trust’s shared service, which has been a really positive step for me. It’s given me the chance to work across more schools, get involved in the bigger picture, and help bring a bit more consistency to how things are done.

So far, my experience within the Trust has been really positive - there’s a good level of collaboration and it’s been a great place to develop and take on new challenges. This new role is a great example of that, and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into it.
