Sophie DICKIN

My path here has been driven by a passion for inclusive education, and I value the commitment to the ‘always learning’ ethos within the Trust.  In my role, I have the privilege of working across diverse settings. There is a genuine spirit of collaboration and that we are all moving in the same direction, sharing expertise and constantly refining our practice to better serve our young people. What I enjoy most about my role is the ability to work with schools to advance inclusion at both a strategic and individual level. Whether we are adapting whole-school systems to be more inclusive or fine-tuning bespoke support for a single student, the spirit of collaboration is constant. It is incredibly fulfilling to see the tangible impact of our shared expertise as we work together to ensure every child, regardless of their starting point, can access a high-quality education and thrive within our community.
