Natasha Hannaway

I have worked as an Assistant Head at Greenshaw since my school became part of the trust in 2023.  Maths teaching and learning has always been my passion and I have had a role as a Primary Maths Mastery Specialist with my local GLOW maths hub for several years.  Having the opportunity to work as a Primary School Improvement Lead for maths has been fantastic.  I love the collaborative nature of the role; always working for the benefit of children in our schools.  The other members of the School Improvement Team provide me with challenges and new ideas as well as the opportunity to rumble and to look at a situation in a new way.  It is always a privilege to work with colleagues in other Greenshaw schools and to come together to share ideas, good practice and to improve outcomes.  I am proud to be part of a team that is "Alway Learning" and that genuinely values its members.
