Holly Chapman

I first joined GLT as a teacher in Jan 2024 after relocating from a different school midway through my first ECT year. I was impressed at how efficient and organised the Trust was in transferring me to my new ECT provider in such a short period of time. Arriving mid-year as a new teacher, I was also very thankful for the Trust planning which was available for me to adapt. Since then, I have continued to enjoy my time teaching within the trust as a result of the extensive CPD available on inset days, regular communication from Trust leaders and frequent opportunities to feedback our thoughts on the way the Trust is progressing.
