Earth Day at Woodlands Primary School
Children at Woodlands Nursery recently celebrated Earth Day.
They engaged with a host of activities aimed at developing their understanding of the world and how to care for their natural environment.
Our families were keen to engage, offering fabulous donations to help improve the biodiversity and habitats in our outdoor area.
The children had lots of fun planting seeds and flowers, watching the birds visit our new feeders and looking for insects. With lots of care, the children will soon be able to sample their homegrown produce.
