Our Ethos

Our values:

Collaboration:

We thrive from collaboration at every level. We encourage a culture of sharing ideas and learning from one another.

Local community:

We recognise the power of individuals and organisations working together in collaboration to foster mutual support and challenge. We promote local representation and accountability, believing headteachers are best placed to lead our schools.

Inclusivity:

Our ‘Trust’ means everyone in the organisation: our children, teachers, support staff, governors and the shared service. The Trust is not an entity that sits hierarchically, separated from our schools. All of our schools and the shared service are part of the fabric that makes our Trust what it is, and our headteachers are a part of the leadership team of the Trust.

Equal opportunity:

We believe in equity and inclusivity. We are committed to equal opportunity for all and believe there is no ceiling on what people can achieve, regardless of circumstance or background. We facilitate learning for all and support and challenge everyone in our organisation to fulfil their potential.

Our vision:

We are ambitious for our schools and their pupils. We believe that there is no ceiling on what can be achieved by anyone, regardless of their circumstances or background.

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, giving every young person the opportunity to fulfil their potential now, and in the future.

We promote and celebrate the individual context and identity of all of our schools. All of our actions are for the benefit of the children in our schools.

We seek to realise the power of individuals and teams working together in collaboration whilst retaining their individuality, and we recognise that we can always improve.
